Jessica Lech (third singles) and the second doubles team of Sonal Tyagi and Bianca Caresosa led the way with 6-0, 6-0 scores. Boyertown’s best individual showing came at first doubles, where Sarah McCafferty and Jillian Leary won four games.
Upper Merion 6, Pottsgrove 1 >> The Vikings won six of their pairings in straight sets on the way to their PAC victory over the Falcons.
Pottsgrove got its line point at fourth doubles, where Alyssa Wehr and Ashley Lessig outlasted UM’s Claire Becker and Raizel Alli in three sets.
Methacton 6, Phoenixville 1 >> Julia Gumieniak posted a 6-1, 6-3 decision at first singles for the Phantoms lone victory in a PAC match with the Warriors.
Tina Price posted a 6-1, 6-3 decision while Sydnie Marrowitz closed out singles play with a 6-0, 6-0 win.
Perkiomen School 5, Del-Val Friends 0 >> The Panthers dominated their Tri-County League match with Delaware Valley Friends, dropping just two games in the pro-set format.
Momo Yamashita was an 8-0 winner at third singles, as were Perkiomen’s two doubles teams.
Hill School 5, Shipley School 0 >> The Blues rode solid play in the singles bracket to a non-league sweep of Shipley.
